The challenge was to transform a fully paper-based process into a centralized digital platform, allowing municipal employees to submit and track their requests without having to go to the council headquarters.
Previously, every application and follow-up was done manually, requiring physical presence and creating administrative bottlenecks. The goal was to bring simplicity, transparency, and efficiency to this workflow, while ensuring accessibility and security for all users.
We designed an internal platform where employees can submit requests for different programs and monitor their progress in real time. Each process is tracked from submission to approval, with clear communication, automated notifications, and digital validation by the respective departments.
The result is a more transparent and agile system that improves the experience for both employees and administrative teams, reducing bureaucracy and reinforcing the municipality’s commitment to digital transformation and better public service.
