'The Office' is born from a strategic path with our client Decskill, that was facing brand and cultural challenges: Their business model (outsourcing), the exponential growth of employees and the post-pandemic era. People that are not coming to the physical office tend to lose more connection to the company or coworkers. Therefore, if people didn’t attend the physical office, we created a virtual one, where everyone could ‘live’ and meet.
'The Office' is a hybrid workspace that seamlessly integrates both the functional and emotional dimensions with all employees. Aligned with the brand's purpose and values and responding to the needs and aspirations of employees, we've created a space for everyone to handle company tasks or issues, such as reporting feedback about coworkers or requesting documents to the HR department.
In a more gamificated way, we also develop regular content, challenges, quizzes that allow individuals to earn badges and points/coins, converting them into tangible benefits: Gift Cards to be exchanged in real stores or platforms.
