REN - Redes Energéticas Nacionais is the current concession holder of Portugal’s two main energy infrastructure networks: the National Electricity Transmission Grid and the National Natural Gas Transportation Grid.
And, as in all REN’s infrastructure networks, that need to be maintained and refreshed from time to time, so needed their website.
The creation of REN's new corporate and investor website required a strategic rethink of all content and the development of a credible, democratic, and inclusive information hub about Portugal's energy networks and the organization's numerous initiatives.
The NewNormal team led the strategy, creativity, and webdesign efforts. The primary focus was on providing an exceptional user experience, amplifying the brand's potential and connection, and further establishing the brand's role in the national energy transition.
The process involved a series of strategic workshops that engaged all areas of the company. Collaboration between NewNormal's multidisciplinary teams and unwavering alignment of objectives culminated in a website that not only presents an attractive and intuitive design but also conveys the brand's content and initiatives with unwavering solidity.
In the end, we couldn’t be more aligned with REN. The website headline reflects exactly our feeling during this work: we turned a challenge into energy.
