After a rebranding and a new brand claim “Talent to Grow”, made by NewNormal we were challenged to create Decskill’s Christmas Party.
“Talent” was the keyword for the party, because it is also the keyword for the core-business of the company. So, we presented DECSKILL GOT TALENT, a Christmas Party with a singing contest by teams, hosted in the most musical themed place in Lisbon: Hard Rock Café.
Everyone of the company was invited to unleash their inner rockstar, even in the dress code for the party. For the more shy or lazy ones, or even just to add that final touch to some looks, we designed a collection of special rocking t-shirts.
After all the perfomances, we held a smartphone votation to elect the winning team, that would win tickets for the biggest festival in Portugal next summer.
In the end, the surprise, all the teams won! It was Decskill’s Christmas gift to every employee.
And suddenly in the middle of Christmas Party, Decskill’s Summer Party had already begun.
